how to play horu hopu first you have to warm up and get your legs and arms pumping first.

2 you have to practice spinning the poi while you are running.

4 then you have to try hit the targe the target is the cone.
5 how you can stop playing the game.
6 if the ball goes out it's the other team gets to have it.
7 there are two people that score and there's about 4  people that attack.
